Question about Mitel 5212 IP Phone
The unfortunate thing here is there is a network disruption caused by the network not set up properly to support VoIP or a problem on the network.
The file it's trying to pull from the phone system is very small, and it uses TFTP. If there's a disruption in the download, it will cause the set to reboot.
You need to contact your system admin or your telephone system vendor and your network admin/vendor to have it resolved.
