Hi!

First of all, make sure you have the latest driver for your graphic card; then open advanced display properties and change the Primary and Secondary settings, to switch between the monitors - or choose dual view to display the same thing on both monitors...

Best regards,
Pelu.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I need a trail key number for microsoft office 2007 witch is on my new sahara laptop

When you install Office 2007 products you can skip the CD-key number entry and it will install the software as a 30-day trial automatically. If for some reason it won't let you do that, you can download a trial directly from office.microsoft.com.

Mouse pad cursor doesn't work

try using the FN key with the monitor/VGA output selection changer(usually F5). You will see a little icon that looks like two monitors. Mouse control may have been changed to the external monitor connection. See if pressing FN(function) and holding that key and then pressing the monitor key will bring back your mouse indicator. You may need to do it with the projector connected and on.

Windows XP Pro USB HID problem.

First suggestion is to shut down, change ports and then, upon reboot, wait a few minutes to let XP resolve the 'new' USB devices.
Second suggestion is to download and install the manufacturers drivers and then try switching ports.
Final suggestion is to use the port that works. i.e. I went to the doctor and said "It hurts when I do this". He replied "Well, then don't do that.".
Good luck
p.s. you may want to list the model of the keyboard if you would like a more specific response.

Mouse cursor moving by itself

In windows xp go into start menu, then into control panel then click on appearance and themes, then move your mouse over to mouse pointers click on it , uncheck "enhance pointer precision, and click apply, that will stop the mouse from acting crazy, this will work with dell mouse pointers and most.

Discoloration of the images on the Dell Flat pannel screen

Have you tried a different cable? That would account for the discoloration. That particular model came with a 15-pin analog video connector that you should be able to purchase at any electronics, office supply or computer store. You may even be able to borrow one from a friend's monitor to test and see if that works for you.

Now, about the mouse redraw issue, you may want to remove the video card from your device manager and let it reinstall. That should allow Windows to redefine mouse (X,Y coordinates) characteristics.
