Question about Garden
Check to see if it is if the cylinder is full of gasoline. remove spark plug and turn motor over.
caution, disconnect and ground spark plug wires, do not stand in front of spark plug hole, you may get sprayed with gasoline. spin motor with starter or pull rope.
if this doesn.t free up the blade look under it for "stuff around the drive shaft. clear it out.
other solutions are expensive and involve bent cranks.
