Question about Lexmark Z2300 InkJet Printer
Disconnect the printer from your pc. Remove the sheets of paper from the feeder. Open the printer cover and remove the cartridges. While the cover is open, check the cartridge area and make sure there are no obstructions in the cartridge carrier's path. Check for any loose transparent strip (encoder strip) behind the carrier. If everything looks fine, close the cover. Unplug and replug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reinsert both cartridges. Close the cover. Reconnect printer to the computer. Try to print again.
