Question about Cell Phones

Nokia N95, turns itself off, will not turn back on, disconnects calls and just about everything else. It is rubbish but I need it to turn on now so I can get my numbers and it will not turn on.

Mine did this take the covers off unscrew the screws seperate the screen and the keypad blow on it all put battery back in try turn on if vibrates put back together if not put back together give to nokia care

my nokia n95 keeps turning of . every time i try to turn it on it turns on and keep restarting till the battery dies.. any solutin for it please.

Try formatting your phone. Turn it off. Then hold the following keys WHILE it's turning back on: (3 + * + green call key). Don't let go till it asks you about your location. Be aware that it will delete everything saved in your phone memory. Let me know how it goes. :)

Try formatting it. Turn phone off. Hold the following keys while it's turning back on: (3 + * + green call key). This will delete everything stored on your phone memory and reset all settings.

Try hard formatting your phone. Turn it off. Then hold the following keys WHILE it's turning back on: (3 + * + green call key). Don't let go till it asks you about your location. Be aware that it will delete everything saved in your phone memory. If not it could be that your key membrane is sticky. You could have it opened and cleaned by a professional Try the first solution first. Let me know how it goes. :)

When you say the phone is locked, do you mean that its network locked to orange and you cannot use another sim card from another SP in the phone?

Nothing works!!!


it looks like the only way to get it back to life is by taking it to a service center and getting the operating system re-flashed. by the looks of things, your latest firmware updating process got interrupted and it didn't have a chance to complete.
