If you used a voltage 3 times the required voltage then you have probably damaged the camera beyond repair. There may be a protection fuse on the circuit board inside but locating and fixing this would require an experienced electronics technician. i wouldn't hold out too much hope of getting this camera repaired.

The cartridge doesn't measure the remaining ink with a level sensor; it simply calculates how much ink has been used. Refilling the cartridge won't affect this calculation so it will always show low. If you really need this indication, you can buy a new chip and install it when you refill. I'm not sure, but I think you can even reset the counter on some chips without replacing them. You will have to Google for details on your specific cartridge.

My camera lense won't go in. Everytime I switch it

Your batteries are too low.
When you switch on the camera, the lense go in. Then lense comes out fully. Then, if the batteries are low, lense goes in and camera turns off.
But if the batteries are too low, camera turns off before the lense retracts or even before the lense comes out fully.

Hi, Serge_nojin before testing any electrical component in the Starting System it is "IMPERATIVE" that you have a fully charged battery of 12.5 volts or more and be able to pass a proper "LOAD" test if necessary, you may have a preliminary reading of 12.5 volts or more but little or zero amperage, the battery is faulty and must be replaced. AGM type batteries fall into this scenario more so than lead acid batteries.
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Check the battery terminals for damage or corrosion check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter.
4. Bank angle sensor needs a reset or is faulty.
5. FOB battery low or dead.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Faulty starter button.
8. Faulty kickstand, clutch, neutral safety switch.
9. Security alarm needs a reset.
10. Starter relay, solenoid, starter have failed or circuit wiring faulty.
11. Starter armature or field coils have failed.
12. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
13. The electric starter is working but starter clutch has failed.
14. Check for engine trouble codes.

Camera indicates low battery even for fully charged battery.

I have connected my PowerShot A2000IS that was doing the same thing for me and I discovered the following:
1) The unit works fine even down to 2.5V providing the supply source (i.e. batteries can deliver 500 mA for a short burst during startup, i.e. when the camera's lens is extended). The camera draws 300mA with screen on after the initial startup current has settled. This means that the camera may not work with batteries like normal alkaline as these don't normally supply large currents, like NI-MH and NI-Cd can.
2) I found that if I lowered the voltage down to (using my bench power supply) that the low power indicator come on at just under 2.5 Vs, BUT once it has indicated low battery, turning the voltage back up to 3V didn't remove the low battery indication.
3) Finally I connected my fully charged (with combined voltage of 2.7V) Ni-Mh rechargeables (old and well used) using wires to allow me to measure their voltage and I found that when I turned on the camera the voltage dipped to 2.3V, but come up after the lens was deployed.

Conclusion and recommendations:
a) Get some new high quality Ni-Mh cells.
b) Don't use Alkaline cells (even Duracell brand might not handle it).
c) Forget Ni-Cd as terminal voltage would be at best 2.6V which doesn

I have a low battery indication with a fully charged battery on a Sony DSC-F717. What do I do?

First, even a fully charged battery may not be working right - VERY common.
Does the camera do this on two batteries, one old and one much newer? (I say this because lithium batteries are good for about 500 charges - if you are over this, the batteries will always read weak...)
A service shop can test the camera and see if the battery is reading correctly. A service shop may allow you to try the SHOP's good battery in your camera and see if it reads right. If OK, you need a new battery.

The service shop can reload the operating data into your camera - I have fixed them this way myself.
If not, the circuit board that handles charging and batteries may run you $275 plus labour. (The board is not repairable)
