Question about Apple iPod touch
This is a software failure and can only be solved when you have certain items. The required items are listed below.
1. You need a computer, 2. You need to install the Apple itunes program on your computer, 3. You need the USB cable to connect the device to your computer.
The procedures to take are as follows,
1. Put on the device,
2. Connect it Via USB to your computer,
3. Open the itunes program,
4. Wait for it to detect your device and select restore device.
It might take a few minutes depending on your connection but this would solve your problem.
