Says to prime

Lift the reservoir, then reseat it. This will clear the prime message. If it repeatedly comes back then your machine is dead. If in the year warranty, call Keurig they will ship you a replacement.

Why does the power light keep blinking

The blinking light is wrongfully indicating that there is not enough water in the tank. The sensor is a small magnet that is floating in a compartment at the bottom of the water tank. (The black square in the corner) You shold be able to see it. Check if it is stuck at the bottom and if it is floating in its chamber. If that is OK, the sensor inside the coffee maker that is reading the magnet might either have come faulty or dispaced (due to a shock?). That would need a disasembly of the coffee maker.

Blinking blue light won't shut off even when the water is full

you need to prime the machine. if the instructions for priming don't work (as they didn't for us), then try this:

johnshami had this solution on another post, and it worked for us when the manual's instructions to "prime" the machine resulted in no water leaving the tank to enter the machine:
  1. make sure the water in the tank is stone cold -- which is a no brainer since it will not heat h2o unless it's primed.
  2. take off steamer wand cover, turn the steamer knob clockwise till pump starts.
  3. then s*ck (as you would on a straw, with your lips sealed around the end of the steamer wand) the tip of the end of the metal tip hard until pump stops
  4. may need to do it a couple of times. yes this seems crazy, but it works! you are flushing out the vapor lock in the pump.

Open the hot water valve, and run about a cup of water, this will engage the pump and fill the circuit.

Water light can't be reset

The problem is that the manual says "Press the on botton, the light will blink and priming will begin" but this is completely inaccurate. If priming is needed the machine will turn on, the "water" light will blink and nothing will happen.
What needs to be done is to turn the machine on and move the steam/hot water knob clockwise. The pump will activate and churn away and then stop. Just repeat this step until water flows to finish priming. HTH

Solis Palazzo - stuck in descale mode?

Are you refilling the tank during this process? You need to let in run dry, and then the buttons flash. Then, refill the tank with clean water, and let the tank run dry again.
