Two things to try....
the first wil be to connect unit to PC using USB cable. let it sit for a few minutes then uplug and see if it resets itself.
If not (AND THIS ONE WILL ERASE YOUR DATA STORED ON UNIT!!)
there is a little inset reset button on unit, usually onback or bottom. use a papr clip to press in and hold for about 10 seconds.
This should also reset unit.
