Uninstall and reinstall the power management program and here's the procedure: -Uninstall the Power Management in Control Panel/Uninstall programs -Download the power management program in this site link: http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=600154 then install it. -After installation restart your computer.
