Open "My Computer".
Right click on your flash drive. Assuming you have an anti-virus installed, there should be an option in the form of "Scan *whatever drive it is*" or similar.
If you don't have an anti-virus, download and install Avast! Anti-virus from www.filehippo.com, then right click the drive and scan it.
Please let me know if that helps, if not, I have other options.
