SOURCE: BLINKING LIGHT SAYS DOOR UNLOCKED..ELECTROLUX

Check the door switch to see if a wire has come off. If it has not, then you will need to replace the door lock with this part. Below is a video to show you how to do the repair.

Washer starts then stops and goes to no spin.

Hello friend, thank you for your post!

It sounds like you have replaced multiple parts within your Frigidaire washer. At this point, I would recommend having a professional come to look over you appliance to properly diagnose it to avoid any further part purchases. I hope this is helpful. -Matt

Electrolux Dishwasher model EIDW6105GS1A, heavy light on, won't start. Turned off circuit breaker for dichwasher and the light turned back on and it won't start still. No lights on behind kickboard to show...

Good Morning Kim,

I see that the heavy light is staying lit on your Electrolux dishwasher, model# EIDW6105GS1QA, even after resetting your appliance at the circuit breaker. I also see that there are no lights lit up behind the kickboard, indicating what might be failing. It could possibly be the control board underneath your dishwasher. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your appliance and determine what is causing the heavy light to stay lit. I hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

Frigidaire Front Load Washer Model LTF2140FS1. Put clothes in washer, fill detergent dispenser, close it, shut the door, set my cycle hit start then the door lock clicks, clicks again, panel shuts off....

Make sure that the switch for the door is closing properly at all times. If not, unit will not start up or will shut down while operating because the switch has opened.

My frigiaire stove element started sparking and caused smoke;called tech. Is this a common prpblem and subject to recall

Hi, yes, it's happened sometimes, to all electrical heating appliances, yes all heating elements, sooner or later will burnt out. better quality ones, will last longer, but will burnt out too, always replace with original (FSP) factory specification parts, from manufacturer.

Frigiaire dishwasher upper spray arm cover came

Okay, it worked! Reach up in the very top (inside) of dishwasher and unscrew the only thing up there that will unscrew. I just used my dishrag (remember righty-tighty and lefty-loosey). Mine had a small white ring laying in the indention that had 2 "teeth" pointing down. I turned the 2 white teeth crosswise to the two gray teeth in the top of my spray arm and it snapped right together. I then screwed the whole thing (with spray arm attached) back to the top of the dishwasher. I didn't have to worry about the above 'one tooth at a time' thing because mine only had 2 'teeth' and snapped back on easily. Yes, it's a little wobbly but it's always been that way. I always try to make sure nothing is hitting it but will be more careful. Good luck with yours. :)
