This is not due to a fuse so whoever told you that is wrong. This problem is triggered by faulty transistors on the 5V and/or 25V lines. The transistor circuit failure is triggered by faulty protection circuitry usually resistors. Bottom line: You will need to have fair amount of knowledge about using a multimeter and excellent soldering skills to resolve this problem. Best solution would be to spend about 75-100$ to obtain a replacement board. For that though you will need to get me the part number off the power supply board located inside the tv. It usually starts with 75xxxxxx
