Question about Canon Office Equipment & Supplies
If this is an inkjet printer you may have a clogged cartridge. If you know there is still a good amount of ink in it, take it out and place the bottom on a damp paper towel. The moisture will loosen the micro holes and hopefully allow the ink to flow again. Put it back in the printer and run the printers cleaning command, or try printing the document again. If still no go, you will have to buy some new ink for your printer.
