Question about Philips 37FD9954 37 in. HD-Ready Plasma Television
The board - around $125, depending on how rare and/or old the tv is and from where you buy it: cheaper at online parts sites, way more expensive from a dealer.
The labor - around $200, but is a simple one, with a bit of care you can do it yourself: you unscrew the back cover of the tv, you disconnect all the power cables that are plugged into the board, you unscrew its supports and it just pops out.
