Question about Cell Phones
If it is a Nokia, try updating the software.
U can do this by visiting the Nokia site and searching for the latest firmware or by taking it to the nearest sales and service center.
Nokia 6500 has a known problem when it gets turned off when idle.
By updating its software to 6.60 you can fix the problem.
Hope it helps.
