If during the process of the call, you need to key in some numbers, which might be why you are contemplating returning to the key pad, while the call is still in process, just key in the number. The same goes for voicemail. If you are asked to enter a certain number while litening to your voicemail box, just key in the number and you would get the required prompt. I hope that was helpful? After you've listened to the voicemail and have the "To delete press 7" instructions, pull the phone away from your face to initialize the screen(There is a light sensor that shuts off the screen when covered, so you don't push buttons with your face while you're on the phone) and there will be a "keypad'' option on the screen. You will then be able to see the screen with the keypad and press 7!
Good morning, I have a problem with my Samsung cell phone, its a GT-S5233A touch screen. The problem that I have is the touch screen seems to have shifted down about 1.5cm so I am unable to access my keypad, phonebook or menu. I have tried taking the battery off but then battled to put in my pin as the numbers on the keypad have also shifted. I aqlso tried the recalibration but that just froze. Please assist. Thanks Brian
What service provider? With T-Mobile you simply hold the #1 key for a couple seconds and it takes you to your voicemail. Check with your cellular company.
