I purchased a fischer price kawasaki ninja powerwheels at a garage sale. I charged it, but I have looked everywhere for how to turn it on, and I just can't find the switch. Please tell me where it is located. Thank you.

I think you need to unscrew or pop out the switch where you select forward, reverse, etc. Then clean off any metal parts and reconnect. I had the same problem and this worked for me on a different model (Powerwheels Ninja).
I would go to this link and download the instructions. It is by the stearing column.inside.If you have small hands put them inside and pull on a grey wire.that should be it.Called the help desk and they helped me with this.
Most likely a defective battery. Typically these Power Wheels batteries only last a couple of years. If yours is under a year old, you might want to contact Fisher Price about a replacement under warranty.
