To remove the bearshare application press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to open Task Manager or simply go to Start->Run-> type: taskmgr . Locate bsinstallit.exe, bearsh~1.exe, bearshare.exe and bsproinstall.exe and click on End Process. Go to Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs and locate Bearshare. When you did that, click on Remove->Yes. Go to Start->Run->type: regedit -> Enter. Delete from:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\clsid\\{905d0df2-3a0a-4d94-853c-54a12a745905}
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\\clsid to the end: .....\\bearsharechatnotifymsg
HKEY_USERS\\.default\\appevents\\schemes\\apps\\bearshare

You can also download CCleaner and after you installed it go to Registry->Scan for issues and after the scan is completed, click on Fix selected issues->Fix issues.

I hope I helped! If you have any other questions, please leave a reply!
Thank you for using FixYa.

Delete music files from ipod touch

Bearshare is a program that can be used to download and listen to audio files on your computer. You can also use Bearshare to put music directly onto your iPod or portable music player. Using Bearshare to add songs to your iPod will save you the time of having to search for your downloaded files using iTunes. By using Bearshare, you can download a new song and place that song directly onto your iPod without having to open another software program.

Download the latest version of Bearshare (see Below). http://www.bearshare.com/ Install Bearshare onto your computer. When you do, Bearshare will search for audio files that are already on your computer. The program will then add those files to the "My Library" portion of Bearshare. Open Bearshare. Click the "iPod/Mp3 Player" option on the left side of Bearshare. Plug your iPod into your computer. A dialog box will open on your screen. Click "OK." The "iPod/Mp3 Player" option will be replaced with the name of your iPod. Click the "My Library" option in the top left corner of Bearshare. Any songs that you added when installing Bearshare or that you have downloaded with Bearshare will appear on the screen. Click on the song and then drag the file over to the name of your iPod found on the left side of the screen. Doing so will add that song to your iPod. Continue doing this until you are finished adding songs to your iPod. Disconnect the iPod and close Bearshare.

How do I change my browser back to explorer from bearshare? I don't want bearshare nowhere on my computer. I think it has some kind of virus or spyware.

Hello
Go to control panel. Add remove programs. Find bearshare and click unistall.
Its usually not bearshare thats the problem its what you download from bearshare.

Remember its is file sharing, some people put virus in songs and movies you get from bearshare.

Run a anti virus scan of your hard drive also.

I DOWNLOADed bearshare how do i get rid of it

If you haven't installed it, you can just select the file and hit the delete button. If it is installed, you should be able to go to Start, Control Panel - look for Add/Remove Programs or Uninstall a Program. This will present you with a list of software that is installed on your computer. Find Bearshare in the list, and either double-click it, or click it once and then click uninstall / remove.

Have deleted bear share off computer, but when I try to Google something, bear share loads, I have to open Google without pop ups to get google to work. How do I stop bearshare from appearing?

The quick and dirty would be, assuming your using Internet Explorer, Click on Tools at the top > Manage Add-ons and right click the Bear Share Addon and disable it.
If you don't see the menu at the top hit "alt"
Long term I would suggest removing the add-on a good way is to download HijackThis

Run the Scan and look for the BHO for bearshare and delete it.

Sansa c250 troubleshooting

The Bearshare songs have either a Green or Gold disc next to them. If you don't have a current, paid subscription, one set of them won't work. If your Bearshare subscription is up to date, connect the mp3 player to the computer and have Bearshare update the licenses on the songs. Also, some Bearshare songs have fixed-term licenses - your playing rights from the mp3 player expire after a certain amount of time. If you choose songs that are only in mp3 format (i.e.: not bearshare, napster, etc.)
