You can download the device drivers for your computer from the motherboard manufacturer's WEB site.
I cannot give you the link to the motherboard manufacturer's WEB site because youhave not provided me with the details of the make and model of your motherboard.

Problems with Lan Drivers for ECS 945GCT-M/1333 v3.0 Motherboard! Tried installing Lan drivers for Windows XP 32-Bit for this board and its not working or installing properly as I still can not connec

I see what you mean, ECS say's it's a Realtek device. Then Realtek driver site keeps looping the XP links. In any case, I finaly found a good link. Here is the zip link.

ftp://WebUser:[email protected]/cn/nic/Driver_XP_5800_09202012.zip

They are newer than those posted on ECS, and if this does not work you should consider buying a new PCI NIC.

Good Luck

After installing the xp operating system, i run motherboard CD. but in motherboard CD, audio driver installation is showing diable. how to install audio driver?

This is Intel's link for your board.
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/dsktpboards/d845gbv
You can get your download here if it's available. There is an audio troubleshooting system area you can check out however, if you have the IDT or ADI sound on your system, you may not have any luck with drivers as the companies have folded. If you have Realtek sound, you can try here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/
Go into your device manager and click on the box next to "sound, audio and game controllers" and you will see your devices. If you see "IDT(sigmatel), or ADI(soundmax)" in your list. You may want to consider an upgrade to a sound or graphics card. The Radeon HD cards can give you graphics and sound using ATI's DVI adaptor.

No sound output

Installing the audio driver again will remove the problem. The companion CD along with motherboard will contain the audio driver. If you dont have that also, try to download the audio driver by providing motherboard series number.
