When i plug my 64GB intenso memery stick into my laptop it does not read, the capacity of the stick is not shown and i cannot open the and retrive the files that are in it

It appears your drive has failed. I would recommend checking the USB drive is not damaged in any way, perhaps the USB plug on it needs re-soldering, I have had memory sticks in the past with the same issues which were cured by re-touching the solder bonds for the USB plug.

How do I use an Intenso external hard drive?

You shouldn't need any driver or software to use this hard drive. It should just plug in and mount as another drive. You can use a file manager to move files and directories, just like it was any other drive. If that works, uninstall the ArCSoft app, it's just useless.

Three way to Charge you Battery...
1. Charge with USB Cable- Use usb cable and directly connect to you mp3 player, And another attach to the computer.
2. Charge with Charger - directly connect to AC power supply and another attach to mp3 player.
3. Directly Boost - Another way to charge, open your mp3 player and charge your mp3 battery directly (+/-) point with Zapper (zap gun) - It will boost your battery immidietly.
