Electrolux gas dryer snagging clothes

Good Morning Friend,

I understand your Electrolux gas dryer, model# EIGD55HIW, is snagging and tearing your clothes. There is a possibility that the temperature is too high and you are overdrying your clothes. Make sure to dry your clothes on the correct temperatures and correct times. The other possibility is, the finish inside of your dryer has been scratched or chipped. This can cause a snagging or tearing of clothes. To prevent further scratching and chipping of the drum finish, make sure to always remove any foreign objects from pockets before laundering, as well as make sure zippers and fasteners are not hitting the inside of the drum. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-

Hotpoint wf640 makes too much noise whilst spinning level of machine is balanced perfectly makes same noise on every selected speed

sounds like the bearing but could also be the drum support bearing more likely discontinue use until it is sorted or it will collaspe completely or you will experience black oil marks on clothes or tearing, if in guarantee call the manufactuer.
