I have a motorola droid2 runing the 2.3.3 gingerbread and rooted, well i went to factory reset and now all it does is bootloop. i tried all the solutions i found and nothing worked. can u please help me?

Is your phone a gsm phone. If you can get into recovery do a factory reset and wipe Delvik Cache. You can try this link How to install TWRP and Root the Alcatel Ideal 4060A Appuals com and if you need stock rom try this link it is a direct download link for stock rom 4060A_stock5.1.1.zip
It looks like you've been trying to flash a custom ROM. Go to Restore Menu (Vol UP + Home + Pwr) choose (in sequence) - wipe out settings - wipe out Dalvik cache - Factory reset. Then reboot.
