When I pull up the status button on my smartphone smartstart. It show's that all of the features as refresh for update. HOW do I refresh them?

It sounds to me like your app has an update available. If you have an iPhone this is a normal occurance. iPhone and iPad frequently get update available reminders.
Go to the app store and sign in. It should show all available app updates. At this point, click on update all or, update only the ones you want.

How to refresh your cell phone battery

If the battery is acting weak pull the battery and hold out for about 20 seconds then re-install. Frequently that will reset the battery and it will act like a new one again.

Hi!! Facebook might be temporarily down at the moment so please log back in after a few minutes. Just frequently press F5 to refresh your Facebook Page. Nothing to worry about, Facebook will be back again maybe they are just doing clean ups (maintenance) for further optimal performance of their site.
Hope this helps. Thank you for using Fixya! May you have a great day.

I have a acer AX-1200 that worked fine for 2 years, now it won't boot up, it will show the loading bar and then eventually go to a message "Mode Not Supported" screen. i can after a long wait go...

VGA modes are old VESA standard video modes that are supported as legacy modes on most graphics cards. In general, on modern graphics cards, they have variable refresh rates so as not to cause problems with monitors that can't handle the lower refresh rates frequently associated with VGA modes. Sometimes, graphics cards do not adjust the refresh rate for the monitor, and this can cause problems of minimum refresh rate being exceeded. The LCD monitor possibly has a very strict minimum refresh rate, and thus cannot handle the VGA mode on its standard refresh rate as sent by the graphics card.

What type of things to do frequently, to keep my 450 tuned First time owning a dirtbike, its a 03 yz 450f, just need to know the basics to keep my bike in good shape,

The most frequent things to do are to change the engine oil and keep the air filter clean. Adjust the chain and check the spokes for tightness every ride and keep the bike clean.

Every once in a while you will need to check valve clearance and put a fresh spark plug in it.

Other maintenance is required - like changing suspension fluids, changing wheel bearings and seals and you need to keep your suspension linkage and steering stem greased and keep the seals refreshed.

I have sound but no picture

there are several things it could be. if connected to stereo and tv is turned off, will still get audio but no video. also check cabling, if have a different set of cabling, try that. if you have a satellite box, the signal may need refreshed. you would contact your satellite provider to refresh the signal (something that has to be done on their end) or also if you have a satellite box, try resetting (some models have door you can open on front panel red reset on inside) others require hard reset (by unplugging for 15 seconds)

My LCD monitor is blinking very frequent.

When the refresh rate changes then the screen will flicker. Change your refresh rate to above 75.
Here is how: Click on Start>Control Panel>Display>Settings>Advanced>Monitor>and you will see screen refresh rate. Change to higher rate.
