Those lower end Sony models dont use a dimmer or illumination. The display is constantly one brightness level.
Simply terminate or tape off those wires from the plug.

SOURCE: where does the brown mute
unless you are going to connect to a cell phone, don't worry about the brown wire. unless the display is too bright at night, i wouldn't worry about the dimmer wire either.

From the installation instructions: Ant Cont - Motor antenna control wire (Not used) P. Cont - Power control wire - To the power control terminal when using the optional power amplifier or to the antenna control terminal in the vehicle. Mute - Mute control wire - To the terminal that is grounded when either the telephone rings or during conversation (this would be to the telephone that is purchased separately.
