Question about NetGear Computers & Internet
The easiest solution would be to restore your router to the defaults. The best way to do this is to push the reset button (almost always on the back) for about 10 seconds, a test light should blink. This should restore the default password, which for a NetGear router should be password (the username will be admin), unless you have an older device, in which case the password could be 1234. Keep in mind this erases any changes you may have made to the device. I hope this helps!

Tips for a great answer:

If you've forgotten the password to your Netgear router, then you're locked out from making any changes. The only way to recover a Netgear router password is to reset the device to factory default settings. You can then set a new password and recover your ability to configure the router.
