SOURCE: blower wheel on dryer is loose
Jclay, you are in for a little work here partner. On this model the blower is up-front. The dryer is going to have to come apart for you to tighten or replace the blower wheel. The end caps on the consol will pull off. Remove the two screws on each end securing the consol. Flip the consol up. There will be 3 quarter inch screws under the consol, in back, holding the top on. Remove these and the top will slide off, forward. Remove the bottom panel by the blower. Remove the lint filter. Remove the 4 screws attaching the front panel and door to the front of the dryer, remember to unplug the door switch cable. The drum now can be removed after removing the belt. Take the tension off the belt by moving the pulley over. Remember the belt configuration so you can put it back on right. Once the drum is removed you will now be able to get a wrench on the motor shaft itself so you can tighten or replace the wheel. Reverse the above steps and your back in business. Im going to attach a picture of a rear blower system and the way to take it off. Yours is up front but the removal will work the same way. Sometimes you have to cut the old blower wheel off because it's fused on with heat. Your part number for the wheel is 697772. Remember to unplug the dryer during this work..Catriver..post back.

a bearing in the back for your drum sounds like what you describe. It needs to be taken apart and the bearing lubricated with high temp grease

SOURCE: remove blower blade from motor
A guy who has been repairing these for twenty+ years told me sometimes the blower fan is just too tight to remove. If so, you have to use a screwdriver or punch from the motor side and literally break the plastic fan apart. I thought that was going to be my problem, but..... With wrench tightly fastened to the nut at the back of the motor and resting against the post of the rubber wheel, I put a sturdy wrench on the shaft at the front of the motor and whacked it in a clockwise direction with a hammer. It snapped and came loose! Hooray. Try that before you demolish the blower fan.

SOURCE: our dryer is making a
If it is hot and humid when you run the dryer, then the exhaust tube has come loose from the back of the dryer, or you have a hole in the vent hose. Basically what is happening is the moist air that is supposed to travel outside is backing up into your house. No cause for alarm right now since the steam is harmless, But over time, the hummidity might cause a mold problem if it not addressed. I'm looking for answers on loud dryers so I cant answer your second part, but I'll bet its a belt issue.
