The other day, while working outdoors, I was listening to my M800. I ran the battery down on my 1997 F150. I had to be boosted. After I started the truck I noticed the face was in the DOWN or OPEN position. I pushed the close button but it would not close. I also noticed it does not recognize the CD section of the M800. I push the source button and it goes from stereo to Aux. Is there a code to fix this problem?

It's usually the flexible pcb that connects the fascia to the main board that needs replacing, because the fascia opens and closes each time the ignition is turned on and off the connector flexes and eventually some of it snaps, sometimes if you pop the trim off you can see the snapped pcb on the bottom right hand side of your radio
