This motorola oasis bluetooth headset has been paired & connected to this lg cf360 (slider) mobile phone; however, the headset speaker won't make a sound: no beeps, to touch tones, to dial tone, no voices, no nothing. I've been trouble shooting from the motorola web site for hours with no progress.

SOURCE: No more sound from speaker

I had a similar issue on mine. The easy fix was to insert a headset jack and pull it out quickly. I think something got stuck that turns off the speaker after I put the headset in the jack once. If this is the problem, I think you should also see a headset icon when making calls, even though no headset is attached.

Motorola hs850 bluetooth headset won't pair with g five mobile

How to place a Motorola HS 850 bluetooth headset into paring mode:

  1. Close the boom to turn the unit off.
  2. Hold down the call button until the blue light comes on.
  3. While holding down the call button, swing the boom open.
  4. (Now you can let go of the call button.)

The headset is now in pairing mode, and you can search for it using your phone. When it asks for a PIN, use 0000.

My samsung charge won't pair with bluetooth Motorola H730

First thing to do is make sure Bluetooth is on for BOTH devices . Second thing is to make Both devices Visible. Third is to Scan for nearby devices. You will need to know the 'device name' of each phone. When you find the other phone on one device, click on it & it should ask you to 'Pair device'. You should then hear an 'alarm' tone & get a message in a box. (sometimes you need to 'pull-down' this message from the top of the screen, like you do to get the settings or wi-fi status). It will ask you if you want to pair & then give you a 'Pairing code'. This is what you type into the phone. The other phone will then get this & ask if you want to pair. Say yes & the two phones are paired ONE WAY. You need to repeat the process for the phones the other way around, so that the phones are paired in both directions. Remember, every time you get the 'alarm' tone, to check your 'pull-down' to see if the connection code is hidden up there.! Telling it to you is more complicated than actually doing it.!!! Best of luck.

How to connect the bluetooth??

I used this Motorola Bluetooth manual to connect my Motorola N136/HS 850 to my LG PM 325 phone. In the attached manual: Go to "using your headset" - "linking your headset and phone" and follow the instructions. You may need to revise the steps slightly to fit the functions of your phone. I followed steps 1 and 2, skipped step 3 and instead found the bluetooth icon on my phone, selected "add new", then selected "searching and pairing" and allowed the phone to search for and pair my bluetooth device. The Motorola Bluetooth device appeared on the screen of my phone within seconds as "Motorola HS850". I selected the device on the screen of my phone and followed step 5 entering the pin code "0000" and selected "connect" on my phone to begin using my bluetooth. I hope this helps someone. Use the following link to access the manual: http://www.usersmanualguide.com/motorola/accessories/bluetooth_wireless_headset
