No sound driver

Locate your sound card file location (information location). Here you should be able to update or rollback your driver. If these options are not available, then you'll need to find out what sound card you have, and download the driver for it.
You can also go the Windows Update, and search for updates. IF any updates are available for the sound card, it will be installed. It is best however to search for the sound card online and download it that way.
Please let me know if you need further assistance. If you can find out what type of sound card you have, I can help you research and find the appropriate sound card driver.

Several Ways to do this;

1. Locate the driver install disk that you received with the USB Card, Video Card, Sound Card and importantly your Motherboard

If unable to find

2. Go online and search for your particular models of the cards within your PC

To do this:

1. Assure you are confident with opening your case and handling hardware

2. Locate the Sound Card, Video Card, USB Extention Card and your motherboard and write down the model names

3. Search online for the appropriate drivers.

Please Note I do not at all advise handling hardware unless you are confident and hold no responsibility
