The first thing to check is whether or not the refer is defrosting. Look at the rear wall inside the freezer. If it is covered with snowy ice, that tells you that it is frozen and no air can circulate into the fresh food section. If, per chance, the door was just left a little open, overnight, you would get that situation. More likely than not however is that the refer fails to go into defrost. You would need to find the defrost timer and make sure it is working. Another possibility is a bad defrost heater or defrost termination thermostat both of which are behind the rear freezer wall. You would need to check for continuity on both, but the termination thermostat will only show continuity if it is still covered with ice; at about 50 or 60 degrees the thermostat will "open".

My freezer is not blowing cold out. I hear the compressor running but its not getting cold

most likely bad evaporator fan motor located behind the wall in the freezer, when you open the freezer door you should hear the fan blowing in the freezer unless it's in defrost,if you don't hear it check it in 45 minutes if still no fan it's bad.

Refridgerator side is getting warm

the refrigerator side of most modern day units only gets cold by cold air being blown over from the freezer side so check the fan in the freezer to make sure it is working as well as check the damper that opens and closes to let cold air over to the refrigerator side
