Dell optiplex 360 power button is damaged, how can i start my desktop without this button?

I suppose there's a way to do that but I don't advise doing it. You're bypassing built-in power protections inside the computer. How is the power button damaged?

How do I customize the keyboard sleep button?

It's in the Power Options. Click on your start button, and start typing in "Power Options". On the left hand side of the screen that pops up will be something titled "Choose what the power buttons do". Click on that. It will give you options for both the power and sleep buttons.

Desktop will not start no response to power on button

1) you must open the desktop and look for any connector loose
2) test the power cord for open or replace
2a) Test the power button for open or defective
3) see if the switch behind is 110 or 220vca adjust it
4) Test the power supply and see if the fan are working, test the output for +5VDC, otherwise is faulty.
God bless you

Dear sir! my dell optiplex gx 150 won't start when i press the power button but power supply will be start and pc can't give any beep ?

try to remove the power cable on that product and then hold the power button for 8 secs. Reinsert back the power cable and press the power button. If it won't turn on, then the power supply is the main cause of trouble. Contact dell right away for repair...

When I shut down the computer, power is still opperating USB ports and front button light illuminated,.

In that case you aren't actually shutting it down, you are putting it in sleep mode.
In Start > Turn Off Computer window make sure you always click on the Turn Off button but if you're in Vista or 7 pressing Start > Power sends the pc to Sleep by default. To change that to normal behaviour - the Stop button actually stops the pc - follow this:
1 - Open Power Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Power Options.
2 - Under the currently selected power plan, click Change plan settings.
3 - In the Edit Plan Settings dialog box, click Change advanced power settings.
4 - In the Power Options dialog box, click the plus sign (+) next to Power buttons and lid to expand the list.
6 - Click the plus sign (+) next to Start menu power button to expand the list; in the Setting list select Shutdown for the Power button. Click OK.

Don't starts yellow light flasing

If the power button on the tower is flashing Amber, the fault is the power supply. Replace the power supply and they system should work.
If the power supply doesn't resolve then the 2nd most likely failure is the Front IO panel (Circuit card behind the power button)

Resons why the hp DC5100 desktop will not start up when pressing the power button. I press the power button but none of the led's light up and the desktop doesn't start up. There is no fan noise either....

The first you need to do is remove the power cable to your Motherboard and back it again. If doesn't work , replace power supply, still not, replace motherboard
