No... I went to turn the oven off by pressing the button on the control panel. But instead of the oven going off, the whole panel gave in on the lower right corner. (I did get the oven off though by pressing again).

I was hoping for advice on how to fix the problem, not finding the diagram. I found that myself, too. We got the thing rigged back in place anyhow, and my husband was upset that I wasted $12.

I found that diagram, too. But that was all I could find, so I wrote to you for more help on fixing the problem. Well, we got the piece rigged in on our own. However, we are sad to spend $12 for nothing.

This is the diagram to your unit where the control is seated there are four screws that hold the control in place the control is noted in the diagram as part number 20 click this link http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/partsdirect/showSubComp.pd?imageUrl=http%3a%2f%2fc.searspartsdirect.com%2flis_png%2fPLDM%2fR0703057-00001.png you would need to remove the screws from the rear of the range in order to access the screws on the control if you have any further questions message me back I await your reply Thanks Rick

Hi Cheryl,
If I'm not mistaken you are talking about the "control knob" of the range which was already loose internal thread due to wear and tear and made it wiggled upon turning on. You may click the link below for the genuine parts replacement.
FEFL67GCA Control Knob
You may pull-out the existing knob by applying a little pressure on it and you may install a new one.
Hope I helped you.
Have a nice day!
Thanks for using Fixya

Execute following sequence to force cooktop reconfiguration (Be sure the good ESEC20 UIB is installed into the cooktop)
1-Put all rotary control to the first detent position clockwise (1 o'clock).
2-Put all rotary control to the first detent position counterclockwise (11 o'clock). The system should then reconfigure, showing walking dashes on the cooking zones displays.
3-Put all rotary controls to "Off" position. There should be no more error code and the cooktop is ready for operation.

316065306how many watts to run this range

Hello friend, thank you for your post!

I understand that you are searching for the wattage on your Frigidaire range. In order to provide you more information I would need to have your model number. You can locate your serial tag (which lists your model number) on the outside of your cooktop base possibly on the edge or bottom under the unit. Once I have that information I can further assist you. I look forward to your response. -Matt

Scratches ceramic stove top

Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that you have scratches on the ceramic stove top of your Frigidaire rage, model# FEF366. Small scratches do not affect cooking and will become less visible with time. To prevent any further scratches, make sure you do not use any abrasive cleaners. These can scratch your stove top even more. Try not to use cookware with rough bottoms. These can mark or scratch the cooktop surface. Try not sliding any metal or glass across your cooktop. This includes sliding your pans as well. Coarse particles such as salt or sand between cooktop and utensils can cause scratches. Be sure your cooktop surface and bottoms of utensils are clean before usage. I hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
WP
