Kindly check your mobile phone software version with help of *#0000# if ur phone shows some kind
of 4.03v then please upgraded to version 7.03v it will help u to watch photos, movies very smoothly,
However after installing this u wont be able to play any games it gives some kind of application error
that pissed me off,but if ur not a game savvy then go ahead upgrade the existing software and enjoy.
the way u want to send photos, u will get charged from your carrier, as u r using the internet on the phone. u r better off just using a data cable, to transfer the photos, or even a usb bluetooth stick, easier, cheaper, and it is a once off purchase
Hi this is a very common problem and its to do with the settings on your phone, all you need to do is contact your service provider and tell them your having problems with mms settings and ask them to send you the latest settings, they wont charge for this and they will send the settings via text message this will then update your phone and allow you to send and receive picture and video messages.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a page full of unrated posts, thanks
DIAL *#0000# AND CHECK YOUR SOFTWARE VERSION. IF IT IS OLDER THAN THE VERSION V50.0.005 YOU MUST UPGRADE YOUR PHONE. IN THE OPTIONS MENU PRESS CHECK FOR UPDATES OR UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE BY USING PC SUITE ON COMPUTER.
as your phone only has a standard VGA camera, it is possible that the pictures your being sent are too large for your phone to display. Can you send MMS? (picture messages) Try taking a photo on your phone and then send it to your own mobile number. This will test that your phone is ok and the problem is related to the actual message your being sent, i.e. file too large. ( in UK max file size is 200kb I believe)
If thats all ok ask the person who is sending you photos to maybe take a photo using less mega pixel setting on their phone, lets say 640x480 resolution (VGA like your phone) and see if you can receive that from them? I have come accross this before on some lower spec Samsungs. Hope that helps?
1-connect ur mobile with your PC. 2-open the file manager 3-then open pictures 4-now the folder which camera photos save delete that folder 5-n make new folder n give that same name to this folder (which named folder u hv deleted)
