My daughter is having the same issue, it was working until the other day. When you turn the sytem on, it says no music, however when you access it thru the PC, all the music shows up.

I am in the process in coping her music, just in case I have to reformat it, and start all over.

It has to do with the "skip folder" function. Play with that and make sure root is not skipped.

Music downloaded from computer to device Eclipse sounds terrible!

Hello,

I suggest that you update the driver in your computer. I'm referring to the sound card driver but it would be better if you cover all possible drivers which might be causing this issue. Scan your computer with RadarSync and install the updates using it to cover all drivers.

I hope this helps!

Hello,
if your PC can show the removable disk drive you should format it. In this case all the folders and media files will be erased on your player. You can make back up your files to the computer before it.
Then copy the media files to the player and try listen to the player.
I hope this action will be enough.

Music is not on player

If you go to music from the main menu then scroll down to add audio to list then your music should be there then you go threw and click on each song and they should show up when you listen to music if not all your music is on the audio list then keep hitting upward directory until there is an option of audio the hit audio and the rest of your music should be there.

Hello,

I see you are having trouble with your I pod. I would say try to do a reset.

How to reset?

  1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  2. Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

Hope this helped

Put those songs into the My Music folder in your computer. Then open Windows Media Player, and give Windows Media Player a couple of minutes to re-read the songs. then Sync those songs to your player using Windows Media Player.
