Press and hold right for 5 seconds the projector will display a coded number on the screen then seek help from benq service center to decode the number.
you may need proof of purchase good luck Source(s): if its new it does not have a password but one can be set in the screen options
there is another way but its risky
all items that store a password code have a power supply to keep the memory running over(usually in the shape of a watch battery about the size of a ten pence piece,you could locate this and take it out and this should reset any passwords(turn off power before opening0
