Hi! What do I clean the brown dotted circuit with on the printer and catrridge? Thanks!

turn the printer on.then remove both the cartridges out.on the cartridges you will see the brown color dotted circuit.clean that circuit with a dry tissue paper.on the lower base of the cartridge you will see the nozzle of the cartridge from where the ink comes out from the cartridge from printing.clean that area also with tissue paper.dont apply too much force on the circuit , the circuit of the cartridge is very delicate so take take care you don't make rashes on the cartridge or nozzle while cleaning the cartridges.clean the circuit of both the cartridges one-by-one. then in the printer where you insert the cartridges,there also you will see the same brown color dotted circuit .clean that circuit also with the dry tissue.take care you don't damage the printer circuit.then after the cleaning is finished,properly insert the cartridges in the printer to their respective positions.then check out the printer display.is it showing the same message or the message is gone.if its showing the same message ,then turn the printer off then ON then check out again if its still the same problem message on display then its confirmed that the right side cartridge in the printer is got faulty.the brown dotted circuit is getting short in the cartridge so the printer is not detecting the cartridge and this error comes on.in this case the cartridge needs to be replaced.this is very common problem and occurs many a times.replacing the cartridge solves the problem if cleaning the circuit does not helps. this will help.please do rate the solution.keep updated for any further assistance if more help required.,thanks.

its a procedure to solve this problem first try this.
1) turn the printer ON.
2)then remove both colour and black cartridges out.
3)then take a moist tissue paper clean the brown dotted circuit on the cartridge and its base from where ink comes out for printing.
4)also where you install the cartridge in the printer there you will see the brown dotted circuit clean that also in printer section.then
5)directly remove the power wire from the back of the printer.
6)then remove the usb wire from the back of the printer(its the wire connection between pc and printer)
7)then wait for one minute then reconnect both the wires.
8)then turn the printer ON.
9) then insert the cartridges and check out,.
10) if same error shows up insert new black cartridge also.
this will solve the problem.

remove the cartridges clean the brown dotted circuit on the cartridges and the same on the printer where you fit the cartridges.with tissue paper.OFF the printer.then ON the printer.then install the cartridges.it will work.but if does not work then any of the one cartridge is faulty.replace.

remove the inkjet cartridges from the printer and clean the circuit with brown dotted objects .clean it with tissue paper.and also clen the circuit of the printer which also looks same like the one in the cartridges where you install the cartridges.
shut off the printer remove the power cord of the printer from its back.wait for 10 minutes.then plug the poer cord wire in the printer.then when prompted on the computer screen reinsert your print cartridges.

it will work.

try cleaning the brown dotted circuit of both printer and cartridge. and then insert both the cartridge 1 by 1 and then check.

or sometimes it shows --replace left cartridge --- but both the cartridges are faulty and so its not working.

open the front cover the cartriges will come in the centre position where you can remove the cartridges check which cartridge is on your right side remove and clean the brown dotted circuit on both the printer and cartridge with the tissue paper .insert it back in the proper position and then check if the same problem then remove and replace the cartride printer will work properly.thanks

try cleaning the brown dotted circuit on the printer as well as cartridge with moist tissue. or the circuit of your cartridge is faulty so replacement is necessary.

try cleaning the brown dotted circuit of the cartridge and printer both through moist tissue it may work or the cartridge may be faulty.replace it.

try cleaning the brown dotted circuit of your printer and cartridge both with moist tissue. some dust on it could be stopping it to print that particular colour.
