SOURCE: I have a Husqvarna model 435.Having trouble

Did you read the starting procedure in your OM? It is similar to this:
Start Procedure
Cold:

  1. Ignition on/off to on.
  2. Set compression release – optional step even if saw is equipped with a compression release.
  3. Pull (close) choke, set fast idle (done when choke closed on some saws); pull starter and listen for an attempt to start. once heard (usually two pulls; no more than 4).
  4. Set compression release – optional step even if saw is equipped with a compression release.
  5. Push (open) choke pull starter until it starts. (usually first pull).
Warm:
  1. Ignition on/off to on.
  2. Set compression release – optional step even if saw is equipped with a compression release.
  3. Pull (close) choke, set fast idle (done when choke closed on some saws) – Do not pull with choke closed.
  4. Push (open) choke, pull starter until it starts. (usually first pull).
Flooding is most common reason for hard starting in 2-cycle engines.

I have a Husqvarna 435.Hard to start. When it runs, it has no power. It does the same as if it runs out of gas.I loosen the gas tank plug, then it starts and I'm good for 10 minutes.I also have a Husqvarna...

Sounds like the fuel cap on the 435 is not venting properly. Change the fuel cap and do not overtighten. Should correct your issue. The 435 is a nice light weight unit.

435 Husquavana is hard to start and when warm will not restart

Try putting a spark tester on the plug. Run the saw and when it dies see if you can generate spark by pulling the cord, if not your coil needs to be replaced. It would also be a good idea to check the compression. When the saw warms up you could be loosing compression which would cause it to run poorly or not at all. A good compression reading will be 100-150 lbs.

Tricks to starting 435 husqvarna

There is no trick, push the primer button as many times as it takes to 3/4 fill the bulb ( you cannot over prime it no matter how many times you push it ) pull the red start switch out and at the same time lift up until it locks up, crank the engine twice or until it fires, do not continue to crank, push the red stop button down half way, crank engine until it starts and runs, blip the trigger to bring to idle.

HIGH RESISTNCE WHEN STARTING.

If the machine doesn't have a compression release, you need to tie a better knot at the handle (melt the end of the cord with a match or lighter so that if forms a small lump, then retie the knot). I have a new model 435 Husky that does the same thing (no compression release). Good luck!
