Step 1: Put Disc In

If a pop up automatically comes up, you want to hit install.

If not go to My computer.... and look for disc drive most of the time lettered "D"

Open "D" and go to setup icon

Step 2: Following the setup Instructions

Follow the prompt instructions by hitting next through the installation options. You will also have to put your product key in and accept terms of agreement.

Step 3: The Installation
The installation will run on its own all you need to do is hit finish when it completes.

LOL, ok why don't you know it? How long have you had this laptop? Is it your laptop or is it stolen?

Now that I've got your blood boiling try going to the site on the link below and click it. Download the Product Key Finder and install and run it. it will show you the product key codes for all microsoft products.

Saving microsoft office before factory reset

You can't save installed programs unless you do a backup image of the entire drive. You will have to reinstall it. If you don't have the disks you will have to buy it.

I bought a new laptop and I can't use WindowsOffice 2007 because I don't have a product key for MicrosoftOffice Home and Student.Help me!

HI There

Microsoft Office is a commercial suite, and the keys or codes are not for free. On most laptops (and some PC's) Microsoft office comes pre-installed with a trial version of 90 days trial. Thereafter you have to buy the lisence.

An Alternative to Microsoft Office is Open Office, available free from the site http://www.openoffice.org/

Andre

HI ,I WANT TO USE THE WORD AND I DO NOT HAVE THE SECURITY KEY,I HAVE A NOTEBOOK AND THE TAGS ON THE BACK ARE NOT CLEAR , WHAT CAN I DO?

Does your laptop come with a pre-installed version of Microsoft Office? Or maybe with a "starter" version? If it does, you can simply insert the Office CD that you have and install it, it will need no key. If you don't have a starter version, then you should buy a Microsoft Office package, or you can also download Open Office, it's a free software and it's exactly the same as Microsoft Office, the newest version is even compatible with Office if I'm not mistaken (NOTE: Word is part of Microsoft Office)

I want to use the microsoft word in my laptop but i cannot use it because i don't know the product key.

If your PC came with the full version of Microsoft Office the product key should be in with your original paperwork. Unfortunately many PC's ship with a trial version of Office - if it's asking for a product key your trial period has likely expired.

You may be in luck if you have Microsoft Works installed - it's essentially Office Lite and has a fully functioning word processing software. It will even allow you to edit original Word documents.

If you don't have Works installed there are many free office suites available for download - the most popular being Open Office - downloadable here http://www.openoffice.org/

I CANT WORK AT MY MS WORD BECAUSE THE 2007 MICROSOFT OFFICE SYSTEM WANTS TO ENTER THE PRUDOCT KEY. HOWEVER, IM TRYING TO ENTER THE 25 COMBINATION OF LETTERS AND NUMBERS INDICATED IN STICKER OF MY LAPTOP,...

The sticker on your laptop case is the product key for the copy of Windows installed, not for Microsoft Office. That key won't work on Office since it's for a different product.

Many computers come preloaded with a version of Office that lets you use it for a limited time, but then you need to purchase a key to activate it if you want to keep it. If you don't want to spend money on the Office product, download and install OpenOffice instead.

OpenOffice is a completely free alternative to Microsoft's Office suite. It has all the same tools (word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, etc.) as Office. It can also work with a number of different file formats including Office types like docx. Files created with OO can be opened by users of MS Office since they are compatible.

If you absolutely need MS Office (because of some particular feature, for example), you'll need to follow the links in the program to purchase a key from Microsoft. Otherwise, switch to OpenOffice and save the money.
