i had the same problem this is what i did. i took the lil leg off the bottem it held on by a srew take a cloths hanger put it in the hole and now u can hit the lil button that is for makin a new code it is on the hing side of the door the yellow light will come on and stay on now put ur new code in then hit a or b i used 1111a then changed it once i got in o by the way ''the factory code is 159a try this first" and the cloths hanger i shoved a ear plug on the end of it so that way it could grip the button hope this helps somebody

Press 159 - safe will beep for each number pressed on the key pad, Then press A or B, the green light will come on. Rotate the knob clockwise and pull the door open.

You need to open the door and press the red button inside the safe, on the door, near the hinge. Yellow LED will go on. Enter your new code (3-8 digits) followed by the hash key '#'. Yellow LED will go off to indicate the new code has been accepted and stored.
If the new programming attempt fails, the Yellow LED will flash with 5 beeps. You must attempt you new code again.

Try taking a 9 v battery and hold the terminals against the metal frame of the safe. If this works you should be able to enter your code and get her open. Then you can replace the 4 AA batteries on the back of the door. Good luck
