You may need to remove the paper tray to access the rollers. There is usually a clip on one end of the roller that holds it onto a rod. You can clean the rollers with an alcohol pad, it may not even be necessary to remove them.I hope this helps, keep me posted!

I have a Cannon D320. Copies have roller marks on them. Can I clean rollers. Roller mark is in center of page top to bottom.

each and every machine needs to have a technician responsible for servicing and maintenance.
If you know where the marks are coming from then you can clean, because they mighty be coming from the drum and from the drum you just have to replace and not clean.
if from the fixing assembly need to consider:
1. if pressure roller or upper roller/fume does it have dirty or it is damaged when damaged need to be replaced if dirty, clean while it is hot with silicon oil(heat resistant).

How do you take out a paper jam canon ImageCLASS D320?

First you have to know the position of the paper that has jamed.
the cardinal thing to do is to loosen and open doors that must be opened in order to have a clear view of the paper.
How to open see the marks on the machine. Mainly the paper jams between the drum and the fuser, so make sure you see any green nobs meant for seperating the presssure roller and the upper roller so that the paper is free to move out in case it jamed between the fixing rollers.
See the manual on how to remove paper jams.

Copies come out with what looks like a water mark down the entire page on the right hand side.

Hi; Simply, you must clean the unit of devthe eveloppent with a vacuum cleaner, and especially The Transfer roller, what you have is a cause of the toner from the magnetic roller.

Changed toner cartridge and still not printing entire page- mostly white space. How can I tell if it is a faulty new cartridge or problems with my copier. There is toner dust inside the copier from when...

First you need to vacume the spilled toner, especially on transfer roller, eaven clean the transfer roller contacts.

Try to reinstall the old crg., shake it so that you may get few copies for checking it. If print is OK then its problem in new crg.

Copier make squeky sound while making copies...

Whatever you do, DO NOT PUT OIL ANYWHERE ON THE COPIER!!!

The rollers are wearing out; you will have to call Canon to send a tech, or, if you are a qualified Canon Tech or have one in your office, have them look at it and order the necessary parts.

Copies are dark

No. It would most likely be the opposite.

The stripes could be caused by contamination of the dev roller, fixing rollers or marks on the drum.

You could also clean the laser ****-glass.
