Most recent laptops (2006ish and up) have an SD Card reader built into them. Your best bet is to get a Micro SD card adapter and use that to get your micro SD card into the laptop.

if theres a slot for an sd card on your computer you need a micro sd card adapter. if it doesnt have an sd card slot you need to buy a usb memory card reader (making sure it takes a micro sd card first)
both are widely available in supermarkets/electrical outlets or on ebay/amazon/play etc and are very inexpensive.
