SOURCE: Correct gas to oil ratio for Homelite Mighty String Trimmer Model

most trimmers are 50:1. or 40:1. i would use synthetic 2 cycle oil and use the 50:1 ratio. i know guys with trimmers that require 50:1, and they use synthetic at 80:1 with no problems for years. they say the engine runs cleaner. i am a part-time lawn care operator.

What is the mixture for the Turf Power 700tp?

I have been unable to locate a manual stating your correct fuel mix. Older models of the 700r model use a 32:1 mix. These units are probably 5+ years old though. All newer machines (made within the past 5 years) almost always call for 40:1 or 50:1. If it calls for 50:1 and you mix it 40:1, no harm will be done. I recommend using synthetic or semi-synthetic 2 stroke oil. Here is a mix chart.

What type of petrol do I get for the chainsaw

What make and model of chainsaw do you have?

Chainsaws take the same gas you put in your vehicles, however the gas must be mixed with 2 cycle oil. The ratio of gas and oil depends on the make and model.

Reply back and I will look up the gas/oil ratio for you.

Thanks,

Handie Andie

Need gas/oil mix for Homelite 330 10604A, HJ

To the best of my recollection the 330 is an older model saw and should be running about a 16:1 ratio. 8oz. of oil to 1 gallon of fuel. Hope this helps.

Note: You're always better being a bit richer (lower ratio) than you are leaner (higher ratio).

Oil to gas mixture for a craftsman 3.75 hp pressure washer

There is universal 2 cycle oil available (pro-mix at Lowe's for example) that is good for all ratios from 16:1 to 50:1. With this oil you add the same amount of oil to the gas independent of ratio required. One gas can, no ratio worries. Hope this helps.

Gas to oil ratio for a McCulloch power mac 310

When in doubt 40:1 is the always safe mix for any 2 stroke, synthetic oils 50+:1 use there recommendations. Always use the same(premium quality) 2 stroke oil to avoid fuel issues.
