Accurately setting the date and time will help you locate images once you have transferred them to your computer, and will ensure that images are accurately marked if you use the date and time imprint feature. See Date & Time Imprint under "Using the Picture Capture Menu" on page 11.
1. Use to adjust the highlighted value.
2. Use to move to the other selections and repeat Step 1 until the date and time are set correctly.
3. Press when the date, time, and format settings are correct, then press again to confirm.

The Picture Capture Menu allows you to adjust camera settings that affect the characteristics of the pictures you capture.
    1. Slide "camera" , "play" to "camera", then press "MENU/OK".
    2. Use "UP" or "DONW" to highlight an option, then press "MENU/OK" to display the option's menu.
    3. Use "UP" or "DONW" to highlight a setting, then press "MENU/OK" to change the setting or press "RETURN" to exit without changing the setting.
    4. To exit the menu, hold down "RETURN" until the menu disappears.

For information about an option, use "UP" or "DONW" to highlight "? Help..." in the option's menu, then press "MENU/OK".

Unless otherwise noted, the setting remains in effect until you turn off the camera. The next time you turn on the camera, the settings reset to their defaults.

    Good luck.

Setting time, date on power book g4

I'm taking it that you are running system 10 so go to system preferences under the apple menu, then go to date and time under System. Go to time zone and allow the time zone to be set automatically and then go to date and time and set the date and time automatically. If you want to set the date yourself you can uncheck the set date and time automatically and then select the date and then the time using the up and down arrows. Hope this helps.

How to set time on your camera so that when you print your photo's, it shows the date

The date/time setting process may be slightly different on different camera. Which camera do you have ? Nevertheless, you first need to set the date/time on your camera. And when you print, say using PictBridge, you need to set the DPOF date setting at WITH DATE. And you need to use a printer that supports date printing.

Rolex watch yacht master set time

Let me start by saying that I own this watch and LOVE it!

To set the time you need to pull the crown all the way out to the furthest position.

To set the date you need to have the crown in the position in between the "winding" position and the "time set" position. Basically, pull the crown out till you hear/feel 1 click to wind, 2 clicks (total) to set the date, and 3 (total) clicks to set the time. I always set the date first to 1 day behind the current date. I then move the crown out to set the time so that I can set the watch to either AM/PM depending on the actual time. For example, I set my Rolex today (the 5th of January at 3pm - just an example). I would first move the crown to the date setting function and move it to January 4. I would then move it out one more position to set the time. I would go around the watch until the date changed to the 5th and then go around from 12 to 12 to change from AM to PM. I would then move it to the 3 and then I'm all set. This is helpful because it will ensure that your date will correctly change when the day changes and not be 12 hours behind.

Ativa at-p3000 adding machine....no user manual or way to set ate and time

To set the time: Press the date/time button (next to the feed button) to make the time appear on the display. Then press and hold the "Time Set" button (the "=" button) until the first digit of the time setting begins to flash. Then just enter the current time with the keypad (3:30 is 0-3-3-0) and use the "AM-PM" key (the "x" button) to toggle am/pm. After you have the time entered, press and release the "Time Set" (=) again to set the new time.

To set the correct date: Press the date/time button (next to the feed button) to make the date appear on the display rather than the time. Then press and hold the "Time Set" button (the "=" button) until the first digit of the date begins to flash. Do the same as before to set the new date. Don't forget to press the Time Set button after you set the date or it will not record the change.

If for some reason you need to reset your calculator, turn it over and stick a pencil into the reset hole next to the battery compartment. That will reset everything.
