That's one of several problems my Stiletto 2 has. The only solution I've found is to "reboot" the unit. You'll have to remove the unit from the cradle, pop the back off, and remove the battery for a few seconds. Then put everything back together and power it up. It will take a minute or two, but once it reboots it should be fine.
The pin on the Stiletto 2 connector was indented a little last week . This week, it broke off in my unit. I pulled it out but the radio won't work. I assume the dock connector would have to be replaced.
Any suggestions to get it repaired?..I'm wondering if this is a popular problem with the Stiletto's....

I am having the same problem. Sirius must've sent out a bug cause many stiletto users are coming forth. Mine stopped working about 1 month ago as of today March 26. Sirius Representative told me today that they are being discontinued.
My Stiletto got the same problem at around the same time. I have been reading many stiletto owners problems and see many of the same problems erupting at around the same time-mid to late February. I just spoke with a Sirius Representative who said the Stiletto 2 has been discontinued. Seems like a conspiracy to me.
You need the firmware upgrade from the Sirius website:

Press the SELECT button to connect to Internet Radio 5. Tune to your favorite station and let it play for several hours. 6. Follow prompts on screen to complete the update, then power cycle your radio to apply the updates. 7. Next go to HomeSettingsDeviceDevice info, if the baseband version is already 00.14.94 you are done. If not, continue to the next step. 8. I ran the stiletto device recovery program and it works again. You can find it on the Sirius website by searching for "stiletto device recovery". However, it does delete all of the content that you have saved on the stiletto.
Solution is downloading the sirius recovery software from sirius.com My radio would not connect to my computer because it would not fully turn on. disconnect the battery. Hold the DISPLAY and OPTIONS button on the radio face when reconnecting battery. Connect to PC and Sirius Recovery Program will pop up. Run program, takes approx 10 to 15 min and radio works good as new.
