I have a K-Tec champ HP3 that I have had for four years. It works great but lately it is noisy and there is a ring of residue under the container when I take it off the base. I assume that the shaft is loose and is therfore causing the shaft and.or the connection to the container to strip.
I think it is still under warranty but can't figure out how to contact the service department referenced in the manual. They say to simply ship the blender off to Utah. I would prefer to talk to someone first.
How do you get warranty service on this blender.
thank you
Karen

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
