The fisrt thing you can do is to turn off both the modem/router and computer.
Turn them back on after about 3 minutes.
Try to get back online.
If this does not fix the problem, then come back again and tell us which model modem you have and what operating system you are using and the type of device/computer. Also look at the lights on the modem and tell us what color they are. We can help we just need more information.
