E001 when playing fifa 11 on my pc - Video Game Consoles & Games

E001 error when playing FIFA 11, means that your graphic card is not supported (does not meet the games hardware requirements) in playing the game!! Majority of the onboard graphics card do not support very high graphicsPC games eg FIFA 11. ( Updating your DirectX or Graphics cards drivers will not help.)

In order to play the above PC game you have to get a better graphic card which support at least the "Shader Mode 3".

E001 error for FIFA 11 - Means your Graphic card is not supported in playing the game. You need to upgrade your Graphic card which support at least the "Shader Mode 3" function.

Most of the onboard graphic cards does not support this function and you get the E001 error when you play the game. Updating your DirectX or graphic card drivers is no help at all because is a hardware compatibility issue.

If you are playing high graphic games on your PC eg. Fifa 11, it is an indication the your Graphics Card does not support the graphics display from the program. You have to get a better graphics card which support a least "Shader mode 3". Most of the intergrated onboard graphic cards do not support "Shader mode 3".

Error... E001 is due to your Grahpic card not supporting Layer 3 mode. You should get a better Graphic card to play the game!

Error e001, starting the game fifa 11

Most probably your video card does not support "Shader Mode 3 or higher".
Get a better video card.

What are your system specs? Have you updated your graphics card driver and installed the latest directx redist. In the fifa11 zip file there is a redist folder, make sure you install everything in there as well. Also, try updating your sound card driver, it may be conflicting.
