I have a LG neon 2 model: GW370 and i downloaded ebuddy mobile to it and well it does work exept for one thing.... after i login there is an alert that keeps coming up saying Alert untrusted midlet your are accessing the network. data charges may apply. continue? yes or no and if i press no it shut the internet off for the app and i have to exit out and access it again and if i press yes it will keep on working but the alert will keep coming back up. now on the ebuddy site it sayed that there is a way to make it so the alert only comes up once but i cannot find how to do it on my phone.... so please if anyone can help me get rid of those alerts i don't care how. and again i have a LG neon 2 model: GW370

             you have to enter settings , tone settings, then you select loud , then select loud details , you can change the message tone , the alert tones , the ring tones from there.hope this helps..

I fixed my problem by going to SETTINGS then performing a firmware update then turning off the phone and powering it up again.  No problems since!

Hi,

You can change it if you go to profiles -> advanced and then choos your active profile. Ther you can choose the level 1 alert messages and change the ringtone or message tone for them.

I think the ******** in your mobile phone is disconneted or not working. Try opening the phone and see for yourself.
