I have multi function Richo aficio 3245 - I had problem with line adjustment ( Magenta and Blue ) need alignment . please how to fix it ( line postion adjustment excute faild )

I just found out how to fix this - on my Kyocera Mita FS-C5400DN the Cyan and Magenta colors were greatly misaligned. Cyan was 3 mm to the left and magenta was about 9 mm to the left (misaligned).

In the "Advanced Operation Guide" I found out that I have to go to Menu-> Adjust/Maintenance -> Registration Normal. Use "Print Registration Chart" and see which colors are misaligned.

The center lines on both black and color bars should perfectly match. If they do not, go in the same menu and select "Adjust Magenta" or Adjust Cyan/Yellow depending on which color is misaligned.

Look at the printed chart and select the best matching line. If it is greatly misaligned then select the farmost value. E.g. if the magenta bar is greatly to the left - select "I", if to the right - select "9".

Please note that the alignment values are added/subtracted and stored each time you change them and press OK. The values increment or decrement the alignment each time.

Also take into account that for farmost values the left and right portions both will vary slightly even if you adjusted just one of them.

Depending on the OS you are using, just format the drive. You could get a copy of Norton Utilities and do a multi-pass secure wipe, but usually just a straight format from the OS will do the trick.

No.Fix.Tv have dead parts on the tv convergence board.Tv colors lines R,G,B mis alignment,can't move any colors lines.The tv convergence board the 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all it resistors are dead on the tv convergence board.These parts,must be replaced on the tv convergence board to solved the tv picture convergence problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

When the blue color ink is finished it may print magenta instead of blue. And it is clear that black,yellow,red colors are there.

It means that there is Magenta toner density sensor error.Try to reset or replace Magenta development unit and then turn the printer off and back on.It should fix the problem,providing that the Magenta toner supply channel is not clogged up and functioning properly.

this can sometimes be caused by two or three faults fist take out the transfer unit and check the roller a the exit side if this is dirty the id sensors cannot get a good reading back to do the alignment.. next try taking the id sensor out.. this is fairly easy first remove the fuser unit.. then open up the drum/dev cover plate. then if you look in from the fuser side you will see the id sensor plate has two srews to hold it in place remove these and the id sensor has a small connector at the bottom take this off and the unit can be taken out open the shutter on the unit and clean the sensors...do this carefully with a soft clothe.. when you put the units back in go into the sp mides and to service mode 5. then sp 5-993 line adjustment you will need to execute a couple of times to reset.print out the test sheet in 5-995 do the dot pattern on an A3. you can make fine adjustments through the sp modes ...if this is a little too beyond your abilities try the easy option and go into user tools accessed with the 123 button at top left and then maintenance auto calibration and then colour registration you may get a failed come up on the screen if this happens then the above method ie the long way will have to eb carried out..
